Crude oil

Hi

Im trying to open crude oil on my simulation feed and get a message under the log tab
saying :There was a problem subscribing to tick data for cl 6 23
symbol is inaccesible"
I purchased nymex data and it was updating yesterday
Any idea of what i should do ?
Also the super dom is blank when i open up cl but it is
fine for es

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

First off, it's great that you purchased Nymex data, but sometimes these issues can pop up. One thing you might want to try is checking your data connection and settings. Sometimes, a simple refresh or adjusting your settings can do the trick.As for the Super DOM being blank for crude oil but working fine for ES, it could be related to the specific data feed or platform you're using.
