When I try to update to NinjaTrader Version 8.1.1.3 it says to log in. at this point i'm already logged in to the forum. When I select login it takes me to the NT portal. What am I doing wrong?

A new login system has been introduced to provide a single sign on for all of NinjaTrader products and services which include the desktop app, mobile apps and web platform. This is the login you would use for account.ninjatrader.com. The forum has its own login which is separate, you would not use that information for the account portal or desktop login.
If you are unsure of your login information please email support[at]ninjatrader.com so we can look up your information or reset the password if needed.
