huge red bar makes my chart go out of scale

Hello and thanks in advance for the help. I read a similar topic of a couple of years ago but that solution does not work ( It said to reload all historical data of the chart). Every time I open a chart it doesn't really matter which ( I am interested in futures), the chart scale is way off, with a big red candle that compresses everything else. This way it's impossible to see what is going on and how I can even try to enter a trade. I'll add a screenshot. Thanks for the help.

I would suggest to try and reset the instrument database to its defaults to make sure your futures instruments are configured correctly.

You can reset the instruments by going to the Control Center Tools menu and accessing Database. In the Database window use the Update instruments function.

If you are still having problems after doing that I would suggest to use the Help -> Email support -> Platform technical support option and include your log and trace files so that we can further review the situation.
