    Unable to login to my Ninja Trader account on web browser -- Please Help!

    Good Morning everyone,

    I am relatively new to Ninja Trader, i have it installed on my old laptop, but recently bought a new one and I am unable to login into my Ninja Trader Account via the web browser. Does anyone else have this problem? or now how i can trouble shoot and get in?

    Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Try using Chrome?

      I was having this issue. I needed to exclude ninja from DuckDuckgo and Malwarebytes browser guard extensions. Works like a champ, now

        I mention Chrome because there are a whole bunch of threads where people are having trouble using FireFox and a few other less popular browsers, and NinjaTrader support's response has always been that they recommend using Chrome. It certainly may work with other browsers, and I'm sure with enough tweaking it does, but we know it works with Chrome without a lot of drama so that is worth knowing if you're having trouble and you're in a hurry.

          Thanks for your post.

          Please try using the Google Chrome web browser to log into your account on the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard.

          If you have ad-blockers on your machine such as Adblock Plut, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, or Malwarebytes Browser Guard, ensure that account.ninjatrader.com is added to the ad-blockers "whitelist".

          If you are still not able to log in to the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard, please write in to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with a brief description of your inquiry and attach your log and trace files using the steps below. One of our technicians will be happy to assist you as soon as they are available.

          Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in your email to the Support team.
          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
