Unfortunately, this cannot be changed. This is assigned by the brokerage for live accounts.

In the Accounts panel, right click, select Properties.
You'll see two choices to show your account name,

DisplayName
Name

You can turn off 'Display Name' and use 'Name' instead.
I like 'Name' because it is the shorter version.

But, like Chelsea said, the actual string values displayed in
those columns cannot be changed.

Interestingly, whilst often those two names are the same, some brokers (e.g. FOREX.com, IB) have different names in each of them. Typically, in those cases, the Name is a "User Account" name and the Display Name is the "brokerage Account" name. For example, FOREX.com might have a Name similar to 405551311, and a Display Name similar to FX777555.
