Problem with graphics

Hello, for some reason Ninjatrader 8 does not show me charts of minutes, seconds, range, mark or volume. It only gives me the graph information for days ahead. Any solution? I use a demo account and the chart I want to trade is the NQ but the same goes for any other asset.

It sounds like no historical tick or minute data is loading.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.1.?.?)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed with a green dot in the Connections menu of the Control Center window.
• What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 06-23, NQ 06-23, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
• What is set in the Data Series window for Days to load?
• Is Tools -> Options -> Market data -> 'Get data from server' checked and enabled?

1. I use the latest version of ninjatrader 8, version 8.1.1.3 64-bit.

2. I make the connection with "NinjaTrader". With my account.

3. The instrument I want to use is the NQ-MAR23 (that's how it appears to me)

4. I don't get any error.

The March contract expired in march and is no longer trading. Right now the June contract is trading.

Tools -> Database Management -> Rollover
