Connection lost

Hello, NT8 keeps disconnecting and in order to reconnect it needs to get shut down and restarted...never happened with previous versions. See log attached. Thanks

I removed your screenshot of the log because it contained your account number which shouldn't be shared publicly on the forum. This situation would be best to troubleshoot with you via email so we may review your diagnostic files and work with you individually. Please send us your log and trace files along with a description of your issue so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you receive any errors or are unable to send them from the platform, Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
