    live data monthly subscription failed error #402

    Hi NT support,

    I'm facing waste of time (2 weeks an error #402) that prevents me from getting the data whenever i attempt to subscribe i get this error CPU Upgrade and Ninja Trader - What ...advantageous ?

    I contacted support via email but no solution was provided. do you have other approaches to get the data, like different payment methods, paypal, skrill

    Thanks for your post.

    The forum thread you linked to did not mention any error messages that I am seeing. Perhaps you meant to add a different link to your post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)​

    I see you mention that you contacted the Support team via email, what did the technician provide as a solution?

    What exactly does the error message report when you try to subscribe to data in the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard?

    If possible, please send me a screenshot of the error message so I may see what you are seeing.
    • To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
    • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      Hello Brandon

      Thank you for the fast response. I think the ninjatrader inserted that link automatically based on the error message number. Sorry about that first time I experienced this. ​​​​​
      Also thanks for screen shot tips I know that
      I can't show all the page because my peronsal and financial details.
      Kindly see attached this error on NT web when I proceed to pay for data subscription.​

        The technician you were working with via email is currently investigating this matter.

          Alright so since this 2 weeks now from my account opening date, is your monthly inactivity fees start from data subscription date or from account opening date?

            Thanks for your note.

            The Inactivity Fee is charged after the first two months the account is opened for if you log into the platform, but don't place any round trade since there is a grace period on new accounts.

            After that the Inactivity Fee is charged each month if you log into the platform, but don't place any round trade.
