Cannot Login.
Stuck in an endless Captcha loop
Click "Log In" receive a Captcha, verify the Captcha, nothing happens end up back at the login page (Somewhere here I use 2 factor authentication)
Click "Log In" again receive another Captcha, verify the Captcha, nothing happens end up back at the login page, receive the 2 factor identification message but do not receive a secondary Verification email
Click "Log In" again, another Captcha
Endless loop and cannot login, I've tried Chrome & Firefox & Cannot Login with either.
Something needs to be done about this login issue, Can't do anything as I can't login......
