Connection is unstable

Hello!
I am using the latest version of NT8 (+ data connection to CME Chicago, Ninjatraderbrokerage). Unfortunately, this connection is not stable, but breaks every day after some time. When I then try to reconnect, I get the error: Password or user incorrect. But this is not possible, because after restarting NT8 everything works again.
What to do?
This error was not present in version 8.0.27.1.

Hello, thanks for writing in. The best way to resolve this is for us to review your log and trace files and we can help through email. You can go to Help>Email Support to send an email to us, this automatically includes the log and trace folders. Please also describe the issue in the body of the email.
