Retrieving Crypto data from FXCM on NT8

Hello, I try to open BTCUSD graph or any other crypto graph with a FXCM Connection but I receive only an empty graph. No error messages. No error messages also in the log.
I also tried to retrieve the CFD of BTCUSD and I obtain the same behaviour.
Forex graphs are working correctly.
Please can you help?

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

Unfortunately, only Forex and CFD instruments are supported with FXCM, and Crypto instruments are not.

I see that coinbase can provide crypto data. I can open an account with them.

Hello straga,

There is no need to create an account with Coinbase, as this would be for data only.

Just add the connection, which will not require a user or password, and connect.

straga It's worth noting that FXCM does not provide BTCUSD at all ... surprisingly. Here is the full set of cryptocurrencies they provide, according to FXCM Trading Station:
