demo and live accounts ?

ive been able to download the new version and log in to my old chart ok now but the demo is saying there are x days left in demo ?

I have a demo for testing on and a live acount for trading on. I want to keep the demo account but it seems with the new version this will run out ?

I haven't downloaded the upgrade to my live account yet but I am worried about the license key ? also do I open a completely new log in for the live account ? not sure how this is all working ?

The steps below could be used to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
