ATM and web version

Ive downloaded the new version desktop and am trying to use ATM server side How do I activate this?

Also I would like to use the web version as well and trying to find out how you do this ?

Thanks for your post.

To use server-side ATMs in NinjaTrader Desktop, you need to enable the 'Use server side ATMs (beta)' option in the Tools > Options > Strategies tab.

When enabling/disabling you will see a Restart Required/Warning.

Once the 'User server side ATMs (beta)' option is enabled, you could place orders with ATMs attached as you normally would.

Note that MIT orders will function client-side, just like they currently do.

Hello,

I just updated to v8.1.1.4 and the "Use server side ATMs (beta)" option is disabled (grayed out), and will not allow it to be selected? Please see attachment. What else do I need to do in order for this option to be available for selection?

Do you have the 'Multi-Provider' option enabled in the Tools > Options > General tab?

The 'Use Server Side ATMs (beta)' option is only available with the NinjaTrader connection and is disabled when Multi-provider is enabled. This is noted in the help guide pages linked below.

This means that if you have the 'Multi-provider' option available in the Tools > Options > General tab then the 'User Server Side ATMs (beta)' option will be grayed out and unselectable. You must disable the 'Multi-provider' option to use the server side ATMs (beta) feature.

That was definitely the problem, although I have no idea how the "multi-provider" option got enabled, since I've never had any need to use that mode.
