FX, Euro, Gold and ZN Charts Not Loading/Working. ES Working.

    FX, Euro, Gold and ZN Charts Not Loading/Working. ES Working.

    Anybody experiencing the same issues with their charts? It seems that only a few certain futures aren't updating.

      I have the same problem. I cannot get CME FX FUTURES (which are open) to load into my NT8 charts. No update since 5PM Thursday EDST. MES loads fine.

      I believe gold and oil are closed for the Easter weekend holiday.

        6E's default trading times are CME FX Futures ETH. In that trading hours profile, 4/7/2023 is a full day holiday.

        So, you'll need to either edit out the holiday or fix its hours, or change your chart to trading hours Default 24 x 7 if you want to see the few minutes left this morning.

          ZN 06-23 and ZF 06-23 Range charts as well as same Daily and 10 minute charts not updating since yesterday at 17:00 hours. Only 60 Minute chart seemingly working properly.
          Trading hours area (within Tools) has been changed: location, dates, times.

            Trade date 04072023 trades until 10:15 Central time according what you posted. But, you may be correct on NT trading hours listing it at a full day holiday. I'll double check it. Thanks.

              OK, you are correct. The exchange has it listed correctly but NT had today as a full holiday. I fixed it under trading hours. Thanks very much.

                I have had the same problem. Wasted lots of time trying to get FX Futures to update before coming here. It is difficult to believe Ninja doesn't have someone constantly monitoring to catch and fix, or at least notify users how to fix, serious issues like this. What is the practical value of an automatic trading system that is so unreliable?

                  Hello jollagoldman,

                  Thanks for your post.

                  QuantKey_Bruce is correct. The 6E instrument uses the CME FX Futures ETH trading hours template which has 04/07/2023 marked as a full holiday.

                  I have submitted the behavior you reported to the Development team so that they may look into this and provide a fix for it.

                  In the meantime you may edit out the holiday in the Trading Hours, modify the trading hours template to reflect the hours reported by the exchange, or change your chart to trading hours Default 24 x 7.
