NinjaTrader does not allow changing the prices of orders. So using the 1 tick ask and bid series would give you the results you are looking for.

I'm not asking to change the price of the order. I'm suggesting that once the sell MIT price is achieved that the fill price be one tick less than sell MIT price.

Again, I just want the backtest to produce similar results as what sim produces.

The order, once a market order, can only fill with the data provided. Providing the ask bid data would achieve that result.

You said on 4/13 that this request had been assigned the tracking ID # SFT-5854. Since it's been nearly six months since then, I decided to check in to find out the status on this. As such, do you have any updates on this. (Yes, not having this feature is really affecting my work here.)

Please note, we receive many requests and cannot reasonably implement all requested features or changes. Interest is tracked internally and if enough interest is tracked, it would be weighed against how feasible it would be to make those changes to consider implementing, so we cannot offer an ETA or promise of fulfillment.

When new features are implemented, they will be listed in the Release Notes page of the Help Guide. The ID number may be different than the internal feature request tracking ID, but the description of the feature will let you know if that feature has been implemented.
