delay in email of subscribed to posts

delay in email of subscribed to posts

Hello, i note that on average there is a delay of 5 to 7 days of being notified of any thread that is subscribed to. Whether ones i have started or the main release forum for notifications of new ninja 8 releases. Is there a reason for this or it just doesnt work as it should? I have noticed this for long time so nothing new just wanted to know why is the case.

This behavior has been reported to the IT team and they will be looking into the behavior and providing a resolution for this as soon as they are able to.
