Unable to connect my personal account with multi-provider enabled
Hi, I am using 8.1.1.1 64-bit. I am having trouble connecting to my personal accounts now. I have multi-provider enabled, and I cannot connect my live account as the only option available is Simulation. What do I need to do to have the live trading account type available with multi-provider enabled? I have not purchased any add-ons with Ninja, and I imported a license key.

Before continuing please immediately update to 8.1.1.3.
To confirm, you have a funded NinjaTrader Brokerage account that is ready to trade live?
Are you able to login to Live mode on the web trader using the same username and password you are using to sign into to NinjaTrader?
