    Can't run Desktop version

    Please help me.
    Can't start desktop version NinjaTrade8, after install.

    Hello A Sagaida,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please ensure that you are able to log into the Client Dashboard at account.ninjatrader.com.

    Once you are logged into the Client Dashboard, redownload the NinjaTrader 8.1.1.3 installer by clicking 'Download' in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard and clicking 'Download' under the Most Recent Release section of the Download page.

    Run the redownloaded installer, select 'Next', and then click the 'Repair' button to run a repair on the installation.

    Once the repair is finished, please open NinjaTrader Desktop and try logging in using the same credentials you used to log into the Client Dashboard.

    After following the steps above are you able to log into NinjaTrader Desktop?

      Yes, I can login into the Client Dashboard at account.ninjatrader.com.

      ​1) I disable my antivirus.
      2) redownload Latest version NinjaTrader
      3) repeir NinjaTrader, when I get error message on the login form I delete NinjaTrader and reinstall NinjaTrader.
      After that I also get error message on login form:

      I use VPN in browser.
      When I disable VPN and try connecting to dashboard, I get whit page with error:

      I saw one error on login form and dashboard :404 Not Found.
      I understood, need try VPN for Windows.
      After install VPN for Windows I can load NinjaTrader8.

        Thanks for your notes.

        To clarify, you are able to log into NinjaTrader Desktop now after installing and using your VPN for Windows. Is that correct?

        Or, are you still unable to log into NinjaTrader Desktop and unable to log into the Client Dashboard?
