Suspicious file in NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom folder

I see a file called Castle.Core.dll in NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom folder. Should I be concerned about this file?

Open your 'NinjaTrader 8\Config.xml' using Notepad.

Search for 'Castle.Core.dll' -- do you find it?

That's a dot net development tool that someone has used with an addon you have imported. You can read about it here: http://www.castleproject.org/ - it does things like logging and so forth.

The Castle.Core.dll file does not come default with NinjaTrader.

This is likely a file that was included in a NinjaScript AddOn that you have imported on your machine by going to Tools > Import > NinjaScript AddOn.

If you would like to remove the NinjaScript AddOn from your platform, you could go to Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly.
