COT Data Not loading

I can't get COT data to display on the Weekly chart.

I went to Options --> Market Data and made sure Download COT data at startup is checked. I shut down and restarted NT still no COT data display.

I'm running version 8.0.25.0

Hello, thanks for writing in. Please first update to the latest version of the desktop platform. Recently, we updated NinjaTrader to version 8.1 which now requires you to create an account here to download the platform from your user dashboard on the web browser:

Create an account and log into your user dashboard and click "Download" at the bottom left of the page to download the latest installer, run this installer while NinjaTrader is closed.

After this please try loading a weekly chart with COT indicator. If you continue to see this issue please first check the Log tab of the Control Center for any errors.
