    Hello, I notice the latest version has a log in requirement. I've been using this platform for 10 years. I can log in to this forum just fine. But when I try to log in to ninjatrader.com nothing works. When I put in my email to reset password, NT does not recognize any of my email addresses. It wants me to sign up as a new user.

    I cannot get the latest version because I will not be able to log in.

    How can I fix this?

      Is the user/pw the same for the forum and ninjatrader.com?

        I cleared cache/history on chrome and brave browsers, just like I do before I install a new version of NT. I can log into the forum on both browsers without a problem. But ninjatrader.com does not recognize me as a customer.

          Hi imalili.

          You have to register for an account at the following page https://account.ninjatrader.com/register. These are the credentials you will use going forward to logon to NinjaTrader Desktop. Once you have registered, you can download the latest version and upgrade/install overtop your existing NinjaTrader installation.

            Just want to let you know what the site is doing. Made a user and password, clicked the terms, clicked create user and the site hung. After waiting many minutes I finally refreshed, put in my user, pw again, clicked create user, and it says 'user already registered'. I went to the log in page, entered my new credentials, but the log in button does not respond. I click and nothing happens.

            So I'm not feeling too confident about 8.1. Looking for guidance here.
