Need Help Uploading 3rd Party Add-On Please

Hello,

I recently purchased clickalgo's NT Risk Management Assistant and am having trouble uploading it to my NT8 platform. I've successfully previously uploaded a 3rd party add-on with no problems in the past. I see the clickalgo unzipped file in my documents, but when I try to import the files via my Tools I get a readout saying "no items match your search". The file extension is .dll. Any ideas?

Hello, thanks for writing in. You will not need to unzip the exported package, go to Tools>Import>NinjaScript Addon then select the .zip file that you received to install this package.

Please see attached file. I CANNOT get NT to "accept" this add-on, even though it says the add-on currently exists on my computer. I REALLY would like to operate this NT approved strategy. How do I accomplish this ASAP?

Hi, please try to remove the existing addon then try the import again. Go to Tools>Remove NijaScript assembly. If it is not there, go to New>NinaScript Editor>Addons folder>right click the file>Remove.
