    Data Issue - Please Help!

    Hi I just opened a simulated account to work on some things and for some reason the data is messed up - the bars are all over the place and the price axis is as well. Any ideas?

    Thank you for your post.

    Based on your screenshots (I edited the post to make them larger and easier to see), you are connected to the SImulated Data Feed and that is why you see the "Trend" slider on the screen. This connection provides locally simulated data that does not reflect live market prices. The trend slider allows you to manipulate the price to move up or down and this can be useful for testing out certain scenarios in the platform. In order to get live market data, you will need to go to Control Center > Connections and disconnect from the Simulated Data Feed, then connect to a live data provider.

      Thanks for the reply - is there no way to have a fully operational demo to try the platform in real time? If no is there an option to subscribe for demo purposes only?

          Hi Thanks for the info - th eonly live simulation i seem to be able to find after logging in is for the web platform - which form are you referring to please?

            I am currently connected to - simulated data feed - but it is not full live data / functionality etc. Are you referring to another full sim option?

                  Hello forexdru,

                  Thank you for confirming the version.

                  In that case, I suspect you have the multi-provider option selected which is preventing you from connecting to the trial data and demo account. To connect to the Demo account you will need to uncheck the 'Multi Provider' option under the Control Center > Tools > Options > General.

                  Then restart NinjaTrader and log in using your Client Dashboard credentials. You will then select 'Simulation'.
