Importar licencia lifetime en ninja trader 8.1

No puedo importar mi licencia de por vida al actualizar a ninja trader 8.1
He seguido instrucciones pero al importar la licencia se indica que me ponga en contacto con servicio de soporte.

In the body of the email, please include a link to this forum thread as well as the license key you are trying to import so I may investigate further. This will need to be done via email so that you are not posting the license key publicly on the forum where others can see it.
