NT8 - V.8.1.1.1 - Result of operations do not contain any information

Good morning,
Please I have 2 problems with my platform that before the update to version 8.1.1.1.1. I did not have.

1st as I show in my image in the result of operations I do not have the operations performed.
For example yesterday monday 27th I made 3 operations and it does not reflect them.
I have to restart a specific process within the platform.
Or can you tell me what I have to do?

2º In my other screenshot I show that I have not configured in my DEMO the commissions.
But in each operation that I make in the future Mini ES, the result is altered in 4,18.
For example, if I get 1 point instead of reflecting 50, it decreases by 4.18.
If, for example, I make a trade with 3 contracts, the result is decreased by 12.54 (4.18+4.18+4.18). And if it is a losing trade, the result is increased by the same amount.

Please can you help me.

Please send us your database, log, and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
