    How Generate Trade Performance on Ninjatrader 8 desktop?

    Hi, I have downloaded the latest version of Ninjatrader 8 (v. 8.1.1.1.1.0) and I have a demo account but I cannot generate my demo trading results.

    I opened the Control Center > New > Trade Performance but it does not generate anything. In fact, the demo account does not appear in the filters.

    Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there any other way to do it? Thanks

    Hello javiertraderpro,

    There is a more recent update which has some changes to the accounts and connection in NinjaTrader, please try updating to 8.1.1.2 and check if the account is listed or not.

    Also to confirm, are you connecting to the Simulation environment and selecting a demo account? After selecting the demo account did you place both an entry and exit to make at least 1 Trade?

      Yes, I have my simulated account selected.
      I logged in with my login credentials (username and password). I made trades and the registration does not appear.

      Last week I also made trades and they do not appear in the log.

      Even, my brother has a demo account that expired today, he also tried to generate the 14 days result and nothing appears.​

        Hello javiertraderpro,

        Thank you for confirming that. Please now update to the most recent release 8.1.1.2. There were changes to the NinjaTrader connection and associated accounts which may resolve that issue.

        You can download the current release inside of the client portal webpage.

          Ninja Trader disable trade Performance. I have not been able to use my since the first update.
