Charttrader grayed out

Hi Team Ninja

Why is my Charttrader selection menu grayed out from time to time and I cannot change the charttrader settings? The problem happens on different charts and it comes and goes. Often only on 1 chart. On the others it works. Then it doesnt work on another chart.

Ninja goes through Windows firewall.


Any ideas?

May I have you create a new testing environment and try to reproduce on a new blank chart?

I reinstalled Win 11 and Ninja but the problem goes on. I am trading with Apex / Rithmic. I try your suggestion tomorrow. Thanks!
