Run error NT 8.1.1.2 on Windows Server 2012

When I try to run NT on Windows Server 2012, I get the following error:

Then NT crashes and won't open.

Please let me know what to do. Previous versions where running fine.

In this case the windows event viewer info is not specifically helpful, it does not contain any kind of plain text error that would be helpful to determine what happened. Please check the Log and Trace files that the platform generate to see if any type of error was logged. You can find the files in the folders:
Documents\NinjaTrader 8\log
Documents\NinjaTrader 8\trace

You can also make sure that the server meets the minimum requirements, .net 4.8 is required to be installed for NT8 to operate.

Unfortunately still not working, updated and installed 4.8 of NET framework, etc.

Log showed no relevant info, only trace has some hint, but not clear to me,

In this case the error is also fairly vague however I do see one of the lines mentions CompilerServices which may relate to a failure to compile the NinjaScript user data. Please try removing the documents/NinjaTrader 8 folder and then re install the platform to generate a new clean user folder. If you had previously imported data from another machine there may be some data that is causing a problem during startup.

ulisesguerrero It may be somewhere above, but I don't see it ... and it probably bears repeating anyway: If you really are running 8.1.1.2, you need to upgrade to 8.1.1.3 IMMEDIATELY to avoid a very significant security bug in 8.1.1.2 that was rectified in 8.1.1.3. Do it ASAP.

Tried that, deleted the whole folder, reinstall, no luck. Same exact error. Won't start. Any other ideas?

Unfortunately I am not sure what the problem would be here. You can additionally see if the .net installer suggested by the help guide for .net 4.8 works on server 2012, that link is the following: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/d...-web-installer

You may also want to try completely uninstalling the platform and then re installing it to make sure all the platforms core files are valid.

I would otherwise suggest to email support[at]ninjatrader.com for further assistance.
