NinjaTrader Continuum and Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage Not connecting

Im having an issue where both Ninjatrader Continuum and Rithmic for NinjaTrader will not connect to the connections. Each issue started today. I upgraded the desktop app to the latest release, 8.1.1.2. The errors are below.

"NinjaTrader Continuum (Live): An unspecified Error has Occurred, Please Contact Support Desk (Logon failed)"

"Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage: The IB you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninjatrader with Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage (Logon Failed)"

I know my user/pass for each are correct because I've logged into the webversion of each with no issues. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, prior to upgrading, were you able to connect using these connections or, did you create new connections to a new/different broker than before. If the former, please send an email to support referencing this post.
