Hello,

Can someone please explain to me why when I save a workspace and shut down the next time I log on the workspace is empty? Also, then all my trades are shown on the charts so I then have to go and add sample strategy to make them go away. Can someone please help me with this. Becoming extremely annoying.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
