    Charts stuck on "Loading" and "instrument with delayed data detected"

    Hello. Assistance appreciated.


    EDIT THREAD TITLE: Downloaded v8.1.1.2 Having gone through connection process about 5 times the chart loading issue isn't happening now.

    Running a Live data14 day Demo.
    I'm getting a delayed data notification pop up on connecting and Log entries as below on Desktop Platform where quotes seem to update in real time but not the charts.

    The Web platform charts and quotes seems to be running ok in real time.

    Thank you for your post.
    If I understand correctly, you were able to resolve the issue by updating your version of NinjaTrader.

    If the delay notification still appears, please write us an email so that we may investigate further: Support[AT]Ninjatrader[DOT]com.

    >>Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so we may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      i have the same problem, the ninjatrader version is current, the data has been paid and is active
