Login to Account Dashboard Fails using Win7/Firefox

My attempts to login to the user account dashboard using
latest version of Firefox on Windows 7 fails.

I used Firefox to successfully perform the 'Forgot password'
feature and successfully 'changed' my password to the current
password already in use.

Subsequent attempts to login via Firefox using that password
produced no error messages -- just nothing happened.

Then I tried Chrome on Windows 7, using the same password.

I had to authorize the Chrome login (which I did on Firefox via
an email sent to my Yahoo mail) and was able to complete the
login process and see the dashboard. The login via Chrome
was completely successful and had no issues.

Despite all my best efforts, the NinjaTrader user account login
does not work with Firefox.

I consider this a bug.

Using Brave browser (Win 10 Pro) I had the same issue at the point where:

using that password
produced no error messages -- just nothing happened.

When having clicked "log In" (and nothing happens) I then clicked the reload icon and refreshed the page and it would log me in. Perhaps that will work using Firefox, not that it should serve as a permanent solution but hope it helps

Thank you for your forum post.

I'm not sure how much support Mozilla is offering to Windows 7 users but NinjaTrader does recommend using Chrome to log in to your NinjaTrader client dashboard. Typically, a browser update helps when using Google Chrome.

Perhaps there is a pending update for yourself as a Firefox user that could do the same?

I have Windows 10 and use Firefox and have the same problem. The user who said to refresh the page is correct, it works for me

This website login problem is also discussed here.

Solution: Enter login credentials. Click Login. Page will flash and appear non-responsive. At that point delete the "welcome" text from the page's URL address, then hit enter. Your account will pop up.

NT Support, it's been days now and this NT website issue is still not fixed. How is progress on a fix coming along?

You never said if you could reproduce this on Firefox.
Did you reproduce it?

Have you created a bug report, er, feature request to fix the login page for FireFox?

I'm running the latest version of Firefox.

I am unable to reproduce this since I use Windows 10 on my workstation.

If you are having issues getting Firefox to load correctly please reach out to [email protected] so that we can collect your browser logs. You are welcome to use Google Chrome in the interim.

I can also not log in using Firefox (the latest version). See the attachment for the log.

Edit: Microsoft Edge works but throws an error "Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received." which seems to be fired at the exact place where Firefox fails.
