    Hello, I used to subscribe to free futures data from *******.io, but it is no longer available. Is there any alternative?

    The only free data we offer is via the demo, which you can register for below if you have not already:



    The demo will last for 2 weeks and provides futures data for most commonly traded instruments.

      I have a demo account, but I have no idea how to request futures data. Can you please guide me how to do this?

          Hello,

          All demos come with data for most CME/CBOT contracts automatically. You should be able to load up ES 06-23 for instance in the desktop/web/mobile applications once logged into your demo account.

              From your image in your last post it looks like you haven't downloaded the latest version 8.1.1.x ?

              I don't think you can get a demo on any other Desktop versions now although having registered as you have you can get the demo on the Web platform without upgrading to the latest Desktop version. At least that's my understanding of this.

                Now that you have registered for account, you will use those logon credentials to connect. You will need to be on the latest version of NinjaTrader which you can download once you are logged in via our website. Once you have upgraded, you can create a connection following these instructions - https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US

                  Yes, I realized I would need the latest version. Sorry, I should have deleted that picture. After installing Ninjatrader 8.1 everything looks perfect so far. Thanks for support.
