    Error when start the new version

    Hello!

    I download the last version *.8.1.1.2
    First I only see now that have Ninjaweb ... I do not know what is this and the Desktop.
    I think I have the Desktop.

    Well, I install this new version, never install the previous version 8.1.1.1, nd the Software start very easy asd fast.
    But now, is very slow and I have many errors, like the attach. Many windows.

    Could you help me what is wrong and if is necessary to so something.
    My windows is version 11 and up to date. Also My laptop it is not so old, only 2years and 8 months.
    Memory 16 GB
    AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 3700U
    AMD Radeon Vega 10 (Picasso)

    Hello,

    Typically this error occurs when something in the workspace is consuming too many PC resources upon startup. To confirm this is not an issue with the installation, can you try launching the platform in safe mode?

    You can do this by searching 'safe' in the Windows start menu and selecting 'NinjaTrader Safe Mode' from the list.

    If the issue does not occur in safe mode, this would confirm something in the workspace is placing too much strain on your machine. I would advise reducing the size of the workspace (removing indicators/charts) until the issue no longer occurs.

      But the problem persist.

      How I said, last two versions, I do not have this problem.
      But could be some mal functions with win 11.
      I will wait for the upgrade in wn 11 in this month and after for last for your update versions and if the problems persist I give up for this software or back to Ninja 7 (the only problem is some errors in strategies but not so much ).
      But after August I spend so more time in version 8 that is pity than have change.
      Well at the end of the next August I have to do some changes.
      I want to do some daytrade I have all prepared and so many problems...

        To confirm, the platform was not able to launch in safe mode? If so, this may indicate a compatibility issue with the machine or Windows setup. Feel free to write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so one of our technicians may investigate the issue further if you would like.

          In safe mode started.
          So I have to cut some many hytorica data in some charts with many years??
          O will do this and to delete some indicaors that I do not use.

            Hello,

            If the platform starts in safe mode but not otherwise, this indicates something in your workspace is throwing an error that is preventing the platform from loading. If you recently installed any new custom software, I would first try removing this to see if it restores functionality.

            Additionally, feel free to write to our support team and we may be able to identify exactly what is causing the platform to not open within your diagnostic files.
