I wanted to ask, how could I setup ATM template, so for each 1 tick in profit it would adjust stop loss by 3 ticks? I have large initial stop, which would gradually shrink if price moves in favor.

What you have described isn't quite possible with the default ATM strategy settings in NinjaTrader. You may configure a stop strategy with an Auto Trail that tightens your stop loss as your profits increase, though the limit is 3 steps as described here:
That said, setting up a stop loss that adjusts by 3 ticks for every 1 tick in profit should be possible using a custom NinjaScript add-on. If you have a programming background, our NinjaScript team may provide you links to samples that would help you write the add-on yourself, or we can provide you with resources to find a programmer to create the add-on for you.
