Please can you sort this problem out, I paid for a life time licence in 2019, and want to download the latest Ninja Trader.
So far I have not had problems downloading the latest version till now. That you have created a Dashboard system that prohibits me from getting the latest upgrade.
When I go to your site and enter my email to receive instructions on creating a NinjaTrader Account Dashboard user name, and enter my email, I do not get any email reply back from you.
I have tried with various emails. yahoo, google and my own email the same one I used to open the account and buy the licence.
Not allowing me to upgrade my Ninja Trader is not part of the agreement we have.
