Ever since moving from version 8.0xxx to 8.1xxx the cumulative delta indicator has been really bugged for me. I will see it reporting certain values and think "this isn't correct". Upon refreshing the chart I am right. It then plots a completely different current AND historical values. I've tried repairing the database and recreating my workspace from scratch but to no luck. At the time of writing this I cannot provide pictures. Is anyone having the same issue? Or have a solution? Looking forward toward the discussion.

Not sure if this is the right sub-thread to post this in but hopefully this is correct.

For clarification, what specific values, instruments, and intervals are not plotting correctly? If possible, please provide screenshots of this behavior if you can catch it in the future to give us a better idea of what you are seeing. Across the board from 30minute bars down to tick charts it is not plotting correctly.
I am personally viewing ES charts but I am quite sure it is happening to other instruments too.
I've tried one tab with tick replay enabled and another disabled.
I had ninja running in the background while I was away for meetings, from 8am to now (12pm) CST, and come back to my computer. To my surprise it said we peaked at 17K positive delta. Lone behold i reload the data and we only peaked at 5K. That is a MASSIVE difference.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hey Justin,
I prefer not to share these files, hope you understand.
I am on the live data feed logging in through the connection "Ninjatrader" utilizing my Tradovate log-in. I wonder if this is what is the cause for the corruption in live data. Perhaps something went array in the transition to the Tradovate merge? Would it be Tradovate login customers only? All live data? Just questions I ponder on. Though I've seen in other threads of the video the gentleman showing rithmic connection working flawlessly. Would love to be able to utilize your platform!

We understand the frustration that this can cause and, in the meantime, please see the following temporary workaround that can be used to correct the issue you are currently experiencing.
To do this, please connect NinjaTrader v 8.1 to your account using NinjaTrader Continuum. Below is a link to a Help Article that will assist you in recovering your NinjaTrader Continuum Credentials that can be used to connect to your live account.
Once you have recovered these credentials and reset your password, please use the Help Article below to configure your account connection using NinjaTrader Continuum.
As soon as we have the permanent fix identified we will be sure to let you know. Thank you again for your patience.

Hey Dennis,
Thank you for the temporary solution.
The 2nd task listed in your instruction requires me to enable Multiple-Provider Mode through my account dashboard but the option to "Buy" it is completely greyed out; moreover it is already disabled for me.
Though I've put my credentials into the NinjaTrader Continuum connection, I receive the following error while trying to connect : "My NinjaTrader Continuum: Trader is not enabled to use NinjaTrader - cqg trader. Contact your FCM. (logon failed)"Last edited by jarburg; 03-23-2023, 05:04 PM.
