Unable to log to the app after reinstallation

    Unable to log to the app after reinstallation

    After many issues with the application I reinstalled it. After reinstallation, it is not possible to log into the old demo account. Is there any trace in Windows that prevents usage of the program on the same computer after reintallation? Would it be possible to fix the application so that it works? I would like to avoid reinstalling windows. Thank you!
