    What's going on with NT customer service? No response from customer service !!!

    HI,
    Been waiting for response for several issues with NT 8.1.1.1 no response at all

    Would appreciate if someone can contact me ASAP

    Hello,

    I wasn't able to find any incoming emails from the email address on file for your forum account, could you possibly DM me a different email address if one was used so I can reference your case? If you are certain you used the email address associated with your forum account, can you try sending your inquiry again to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com?

        still waiting for your response, you can reach me by account email as I cannot DM my private email?

                I did receive and replies, but I had the tickets that I didn't receive replies to.
                I am still unable to trade my live accounts all day today so far.

                Would appreciate looking att all my tickets under teh same email address and reply to them, I need to be able to access my live trading ASAP

                  It looks like we've gotten to 5 of the 6 inquiries today, and the last one I verified was assigned to a technician currently. They will be following up as soon as they are able.

                    48 hours unable to trade , waiting all day for Joseph to contact me via screen share haven't heard back form him.

                    I would appreciate e senior support member to contact me ASAP
