NO Live accounts on NT8 8.1.1.1 With multiple account license

    NO Live accounts on NT8 8.1.1.1 With multiple account license

    Unable to trade live using NT 8.1.1.1 my account are greyed out on Sim101 working.

    Emailed customer support, no response on several emails since yesterday

    please contact me ASAP

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Also please ensure that you mention this post in the body of the email as well.​

        forgot to mention Client Dashboard is greyed out. and I am unable to get data from IB to load Stock and Forex charts

          Good morning,

          It seems Chart trader works fine with live account, but the Static Dom is where the issue is, also the Client Dashboard is greyed out. not sure if it has anything to do with the Static Dom TT , or something related. Can't test it with Dynamic Dom, as my account is set with Static Dom.
          pls advise ASAP

            You will need to use the 'Ninjatrader' connection if you wish to use the Static SuperDOM.

            You may follow the link here on how to accomplish this.

              I am using ninjatrader connection, I also have TT credit for other account, which I use on Static Dom.

              It's been 48 hours I am unable to trade I would appreciate you contacting me directly ASAP

                Thank you for your note.

                As discussed with my colleague the Static SuperDOM is only supported on NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts with the newest version of Ninjatrader.

                    There are currently no technical issues with our email support you may reply back in the email thread with Joseph if this is related to what you worked with him on the phone.
