no live account in latest ninjatrader desktop version

I am new to ninjatrader and i bought the lifetime account and activated the data feed. somehow the support of ninjatrader is not that quick as i would expect. So i try it here.

I had one desktop version earlier of ninjatrader and did an upgrade.
that went smoothly.
I funded the ninjatrader account.
On the web version everything is working.
On the desktop version i also can login with the credentials. I added a ninjatrader connetion and then i have the sim accounts available. But not the live account.

Does anyone point me into the right direction ?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Lastly please mention this Post in the body of the email.
