Can't install Version 8.0.27.1 along side an already installed version

I need to install Ninjatrader Version 8.0.27.1 along side my other installation which is also Version 8.0.27.1 to be able to export indicators and strategies i have created from a clean install.
and
Normally, i just needed to rename the folders 'NinjaTrader 8' to something else like 'NinjaTrader 8.prev' and run the install application 'NinjaTrader.Install.Previous.msi'. However, this new install app. does not allow to do so.

The message you are seeing occurs when you are attempting to install the same version of a platform that is already installed. You may need to uninstall via the control panel prior to running this file.

You can also find .msi installation files within the account dashboard page (linked below) in the 'previous releases' section:
