I want to download Ninjatrader version NT8.0.27.1 to do a fresh install

Hi support,

I am still using Ninjatrader version NT8.0.27.1 and i want to continue using it for a while. Howver, i need to do a fresh install to export indicators i have created with this version. When i click the Download menu option in Ninjatrader NT8.0.27.1 i get an invalid page. How should i proceed to download this version rather than the most recent version ?

EDIT: I found out how to proceed. I needed to create a new identity to log into the new dashboard where we can download prior versions. However, the installer doe snot seem to allow the creation of a new installation. I can only use it to remove an old installation or repair it.

Thank you for the post.

That is correct; you will need to create a NinjaTrader Account Dashboard user (not a NinjaTrader Brokerage account) access the download links for the platform.

Please follow these steps to download our prior release 8.0.27.1

1. Please press the Windows key or click on the search bar in the bottom left corner of your screen

2. Search for "Add or Remove Programs" in system settings

3. Scroll down and select NinjaTrader. Here you will be able to click Uninstall (if needed)

4. After the current version is uninstalled, please download the prior release of NinjaTrader by selecting the download button in the bottom left corner of the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard .

5. Once there, you will see a box in the upper right corner labeled Prior Releases with a download button. This will download the previous version.
