I can't login to NinjaTrader without VPN

Hello,

I'm using new NinjaTrader 8.1 with simulation account. I'm living in Ukraine. When I trying to login to NinjaTrader using my internet, i receive an error (I made a photo of it). I solved it by using VPN, however, I would like to use my default internet to trade. I had the same problem with registration on NinjaTrader website.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you for your post.

You are unable to connect without a VPN because there is a currently a firewall in place to block access from Ukraine at this time.

Interesting, NinjaTrader_Zachary. For no reason other than a balanced commentary, is there also a firewall block in place for Russia at this time?

Russian users are unable access our website or to connect because the domain ninjatrader(dot)com is being blocked.
