cqg connection with 8.1.1.1

How can I connect Ninjatrader 8.1.1.1 to my CQG data feed from AMP?
I don't see CQG available in the configure accounts window.
I have enabled Multi-provider mode.
I can see Esignal, IQfeed, Kinetic, InteractiveBrokers, etc. etc. - however there is no CQG.
Also, I purchased my copy of NT before 2015 and got the multi-broker license in 2016.
I've been trading with CQG since 2015 using NT.

Sometimes you have to use the "My Continuum" connection for CQG. Ask me how I know.

When I try connecting as Ninjatrader Continuum with my CGQ username and password I get an error message box that says "The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninjatrader with Ninjatrader Continuum. (Panic)"

I have an install of NT 8.0.27.1 on another machine that is connecting to CQG without any issues.

Problem Fixed

To fix this problem I had to go to my account and import my license.

If you have a live trading license that was issued from back in the time when AMP was supported, it should still work. If you're trying to use AMP with a license issued after AMP was no longer supported, it should not.

I connect to AMP using 'My CQG", but if I want to connect to Ironbeam or Sweet via CQG, I have to use "My Continuum". "My Ninjatrader Continuum" works only with NT accounts.
