    Hello brownsfan019,
    Thank you for posting.

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN ADRIAN'.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks in advance; I look forward to resolving this item.

Curious if this was resolved as I now have the same issue. Just started this morning.

I resolved the issue by clearing historical data and cache.

Or you can try the below first. Dont need to clear/remove all historical data, yes removal of historical works as you have deleted the non yyyymmdd.nrd format in your replay directory as well as all your historical data. The below method requires that you only remove the non format file you created.

Hi NT8 team, I have used playback with no issues in the past but just a few moments ago when i tried to log into playback connection, it throws the exception you can see in the attached image. Please advice of a resolution. Thank you.
