Strategies not stored in backup for workspaces??

I just had to ctrl alt dlt my NT8 because it froze and locked up for 15 minutes with no signs of unfreezing. When I opened back up, the active workspace was completely gone.
I went to the db to try to restore it, and was able to restore. In all cases my strategies were gone from 30 windows. I went back 3 backups and all 3 the strategies were completely gone.
This will be a huge amount of work to get them back the way they were. Any help??

Backup files are busted and don't copy strategies. I believe it broke during the 8.0.27 update when the internal database changed to SQLite.

Thank you for the message.

Unfortunately, you will have to go through and re-place all of the NinjaScript Strategies on those charts.

• The NinjaScript Strategies are not saved with the Workspace restore files.
• As well it seems the backup files are still not properly holding the .sqlite file as discussed within the link that backtester831 posted. So, the backup file would hold the fundamental strategies, but it wouldn't re-apply them to the charts or Control Center with their configured settings.

As you set up the strategies this time, we would recommend to save a Template of the final settings so if you ever had to configure them again you can do so quickly by selecting it and then loading in the template for that Strategy.
