Execution markers bunch up on last bar

Hi, I have asked this before but have not been provided with an adequate explanation yet. I am trading strategies on several instruments and when an execution happens instead of the markers for prior trades being plotted on the chart where they happened, they are instead all being bunched up on the current bar making it impossible to tell where they occurred. I have been fobbed off by your moderator called Kennedy that this is a problem with the CQR servers and a reboot is needed. I have retarded many times and I don't use CQR data I use IBKR data this moderator is no longer replying to emails. == which is a pathetic customer response. Please advise why this is happening. See the chart below which shows a lot of trades on the current bar, they actually occurred on earlier bars and as more bars are added the markets move forward to the latest bar.

    Hello sjmuk1,

    Thank you for your patience.

After some investigation, I found the email you sent ATTN 03793281 per Kennedy's instructions in this thread:
Hi, As can be seen in the attached image, all the trade markers for an instrument just bunch up on the latest bar and stay on the most current bar. The screen shot below shows this when there have been several trades over different bars in the chart. It appears the arrows indicating entry and exit as well as the lines marking

Unfortunately, your message was assigned to the improper queue internally and did not get assigned to Kennedy properly. This was not your fault at all; I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can prevent this from happening in the future. We do have the log, trace, workspace, and database files that you sent over for investigation. I will now assign those to the appropriate team and you will receive a follow-up as soon as they are available. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. It seems we dropped the ball here but now we are picking it back up to help you resolve your inquiry.

Again, I sincerely appreciate your patience. Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

        Hello erand,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forum community.

I believe the resolution for this behavior has to do with the time zone settings in TWS being set to a different time zone than NinjaTrader.
        • First, please be sure you are using the supported version of TWS as listed in the connection guide here:
        • Next, check what time zone you have TWS set to. This should be 'More Options' setting on the splash screen when you launch TWS.
        • Compare this to the time zone you have in NinjaTrader at Control Center > Tools > Options > General.
If the time zones differ, please change either TWS or NinjaTrader so that they match. Close and restart both programs and check the order markers again once you have ensured that both programs are set to the same time zone.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
