Dear NinjaTrader support,
I am using the latest 8.1.1.1 version of Ninjatrader. I have been using Ninjatrader for my Apex evaluations via Rithmic for Ninjatrader connection without any problem - I had used an Apex-provided license in the older version before upgrading Ninjatrader to 8.1.1.1.
I recently opened an account with GFF Brokers (Ironbeam) and their connection is through the "Continuum". I paid data connection fee for this month already through them and they gave me instructions to connect to my account (they also provided me my username and password) and instructed to connect via "Continuum" connection. However, when I try to configure the connection - no "Continuum" option appears. See attached.
What should I do for the Continuum option to appear so that I can add it to my account? Because the instruction from the GFF Brokers (Ironbeam) require Continuum. See attached. But this option does not appear under the Available connections tab in Ninjatrader version 8.1.1.1.
