Chart historical data

Hi,

When I create a new 60min chart ES-06-23 with 360 days data load, the chart only load data to Dec22.
The chart candles looks ok for Mar23, but for Feb23 to Dec22 the are lots of gaps and candles does not look correct compare to trading view chart.
I have try using the following ninja 64bit software:
version 8.0.26.1
version 8.0.27.1
version 8.1.1.1

The results are the same.
I try ES 03-23 60min chart with 360days data load but it only load from Mar23 to Sep22.
Please help how load correct chart data.for my technical analysis.

Hello,

If loading data for a few months back you'll likely want to merge the historical contracts to create a 'continuous' sort of chart. To do so, go to Tools>Options>Market Data and change the 'merge policy' to either 'merge back adjusted' or 'merge back non adjusted'. Adjusted will account for the offset between contract pricing on the roll date, while 'non adjusted' will not.

You may then need to right click your chart and reload historical data to have this take effect.
